Of the password expiry notices on 25 Jan, 2014, there was a mistake in the first notice: “The password for the second validity period of Vietnam 180T/24h flour milling equipment will expire on Feb 2, 2014; dear client, please short circuit PLC Wire N414 before 9:00 Feb 2, 2014. The temporary password will be valid for 15 days”. The country “Vietnam” is supposed to be “Cambodia”. Due to our negligence, we hadn’t inform our Cambodia customer of the password validity in time and this had caused losses to our customer. We hereby make this declaration to express our apologies.
