Notice for mills being installed
1. Following situations for Oman 180T/24H wheat flour milling equipment installation site have been discovered:
  a. There is a mistake in the delivery of the hold hoops and they will snap when the screwed are fastened;
  b. Two main elbows are lacking.
2. Following situations for Zambia 160T/24H maize flour milling equipment installation site have been discovered:
  a. Some electric parts are lacking;
  b. Some wiring conduits are lacking.
3. Following situations for America 600T/24H maize flour milling equipment installation site have been discovered:
  a. Windows system of PLC control is pirated and is not compatible with native internet;
  b. The computer processor for impulse dust filter is 50Hz, while in America it is 60Hz. Thus, the jetting frequency of the control station is too fast.

Based on the installation situation of the above three countries, our department carries out following measures respectively:
1. We’ll send all the hold hoops to substitute poor quality ones; we’ll also make up for the lacking elbows;
2. We’ll send the lacking electric parts; the lacking wiring conduits will be purchased locally and the expenses will be borne by HBA.

3. Genuine Windows system for the PLC system will be purchased locally and the expenses will be borne by HBA. 60Hz control system for the computer of impulse dust filter will be delivered again by HBA.
