The 1st phase of 114th Canton Fair just terminated on 19th October.
This Canton Fair overlapped with Muslim’s Id al-Adjha; there were fewer
purchasers than those of this Spring Canton Fair. Many exhibition booths
had few purchasers around. The number of exhibitors and staff members
obviously outnumbered the number of purchasers.
Viewing from on-site negotiations, purchasers made a much slower and
more reluctant action when they placed orders. Global market is faced
with “coldness”. It is estimated that future export condition is not
cheering, considering the economic crisis, sluggish emerging markets,
exchange rate fluctuations and technical barriers, etc.
